Job DescriptionAs the Accounts Receivable specialist, you will fulfill the following responsibilities:Billing AIA requisitions for contracts Interact with project managers to determine monthly billingManage monthly timely billing of AIA requisitions for multi-state contracts from beginning to endUploading schedule of valuesProcessing change ordersPreparation of all documents for project close outsProcessing partial and final lien waiversPosting payments to the correct accountsCollections of outstanding receivablesKeeping records of all delinquent accounts, incomplete files, and credit risks QualificationsThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications:Prior AIA requisition billing is requiredBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience in construction billing requiredExperience with strong general accounting office skillsA quick learner who is very organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and re-prioritize based on the needs of the business.Must be able to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.Experienced with standard accounting and office software programs such as Windows Office with strong Excel skills.Time and material billing experience a plus Additional InformationBenefits:Full benefit package includedSalary 45-50KIf you would be interested in this opportunity, please apply today for immediate consideration.
